1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you" or "your") and za9999 (hereinafter "za9999", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the za9999 website, mobile interface, gaming services, sportsbook, live casino, slots, promotional offers and all associated features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on za9999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Jurisdiction

By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction or that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You accept sole and complete responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you. za9999 does not accept players from jurisdictions where it is explicitly prohibited by law from doing so.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on za9999. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, forfeiture of balances, and recovery of any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

3.4 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, a valid mobile number. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

za9999 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and upon account registration in line with applicable regulatory requirements. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

4.1 Required Documentation

Players may be asked to provide the following documentation, without limitation:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani players, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid international passport.
• Proof of address — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official letter dated within the last three (3) months.
• A clear selfie or liveness verification image holding the identity document.
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of the relevant wallet account or bank statement.

4.2 Verification Timelines

The Platform aims to review and complete standard KYC submissions within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) business hours. Players will be notified by email upon successful verification. Incomplete or unclear submissions may result in delays. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is successfully completed.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

Where a Player cannot satisfy the Platform's identity verification requirements, the Platform reserves the right to restrict deposits, suspend withdrawals, suspend bonus access or close the Account. Any real-money balances at the time of closure for legitimate KYC failure will be returned to the Player's originating payment method after satisfactory confirmation of identity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Players may fund their za9999 Account using payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. za9999 does not guarantee that any particular payment method will remain available indefinitely. The Platform may add, modify or remove accepted payment methods without prior notice.

Payment provider names referenced in our educational materials — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are included for contextual familiarity. None of these providers endorse za9999 or confirm support for gambling transactions. Players must independently verify the terms and permissibility of using each payment method for this purpose.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier. Deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account balance as soon as funds are confirmed received by the Platform, subject to payment provider processing times.

5.2 Withdrawals

To withdraw funds from your Account, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• The withdrawal amount must equal or exceed the minimum withdrawal limit stated in the cashier.
• Where applicable, wagering requirements on any active bonus must be satisfied, or the bonus forfeited, before withdrawal is processed.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5.4 Currency

Accounts may be operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. The Platform is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and any other incentives offered by za9999 are subject to these general Terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is displayed. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail over these general Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated at the point of opt-in. Players are advised to review this figure carefully. For illustration only: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means PKR 1,50,000 in total wagers must be placed before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While any bonus or free-spin promotion is active in your account, you must not place any single wager exceeding the maximum bet limit stated for that promotion — typically equivalent to PKR 1,000 per round or spin, or as otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided without notice.

6.3 Game Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion, typical contribution rates are as follows:

• Slots: up to 100% contribution (varies by title).
• Live casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat): reduced contribution, typically 5%–20%.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Upon expiry, the Bonus Funds and any wagering-incomplete winnings are removed from the Account automatically.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

za9999 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if the Platform determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically low-risk wagering with the intent of completing rollover without genuine gameplay risk, use of automated bet placement tools, or collusion with other Players.

6.6 Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus

Certain promotions, particularly free-spin offers, may specify a maximum cash-out cap — for example, PKR 25,000 or as stated in the specific promotion terms — regardless of the total winnings generated during bonus play. This cap applies even after wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number is issued. A bet is not valid until such confirmation is received. The Platform reserves the right to decline any bet, reduce maximum stake sizes, or restrict markets at its discretion.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is subject to temporary suspension during certain events, such as video review periods, injury stoppages, or data-feed interruptions. Bets placed during these suspension windows may be voided. The Platform is not responsible for delays in live data provision by third-party suppliers.

7.3 Errors and Palpable Mistakes

In the event that a market or odds are offered in clear error — including but not limited to technical glitches, data feed errors, or obvious misquotation of odds — za9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Winnings derived from palpably incorrect odds will not be honoured.

7.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances, among others: event abandonment; match rescheduled beyond the applicable settlement window; retirement of a participant before completion; data supplier failure preventing settlement; regulatory action affecting the event outcome. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's Account.

7.5 Maximum Payout

za9999 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. Specific limits are displayed in the sportsbook and game interfaces. The Platform reserves the right to limit a Player's maximum payout where exceptional winnings occur through systematic exploitation or technical error.

8 Responsible Gambling

za9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools enabling Players to manage their gambling behaviour. These tools are available directly from within the Player's account settings without requiring contact with a support agent.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits may be set, reduced immediately and increased subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notify Players of time spent on the Platform during each session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, whether through deposit-withdrawal cycling or otherwise.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools or any software to artificially place bets or interact with Platform features.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, generate artificial turnover, or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or technical glitches — any such exploitation must be reported immediately to support.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by registering a new account.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing Platform staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the za9999 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, graphic designs, software code, user interface layouts, written content, odds data, game mechanics and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of za9999 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, scraping, frame-linking, deep-linking, commercial exploitation or any other use of Platform content without the express prior written consent of za9999.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, za9999, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game outcome data.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Delays, interruptions or errors caused by third-party payment providers, data suppliers or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's breach of these Terms.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 By the Platform

za9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Platform is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) the Player is found to have provided false or misleading information; (d) suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the Account; or (e) the Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

12.2 By the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account, after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations, will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if the Player has not logged in or placed any wager for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

13 Amendments to These Terms

za9999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which za9999 holds its gaming licence, to the exclusion of conflict of law rules.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact za9999 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved informally within a reasonable time, either party may escalate to the dispute resolution process provided under the Platform's applicable licence, details of which are available from the licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
